Many of us, particularly frequent flyers notice we become ill with the common cold a few days following a commercial flight. It is a short and not infrequent trip from hand to mouth. It is said that this is the most common route of transmission of the cold.
4) In our busy lives many of us neglect paying adequate attention to our diets or to supplements such as vitamins. This may result in an immune system functioning below par, thereby rendering us more susceptible to invading germs.
